About the Owner

Ken Jordan, president of K & R Land Surveyors. Inc. is a native of Horry County and has been surveying in the local area since 1995. With Ken's experience and expertise, he and his staff are dedicated to maintaining repeat clients through quality work and prompt service at an affordable price.

Ken Jordan, has over 15 years of South Carolina land surveyor experience. Ken graduated from Francis Marion University in 1992 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering Technology and obtained his South Carolina Professional Land Surveyors License in 2002. Ken is a member of the Myrtle Beach Chapter of Professional Land Surveyors and Trinity United Methodist Church in Conway, South Carolina.

Company History

Ken Jordan, founder and owner of K & R Land Surveyors, started out working as a South Carolina land surveyor for other companies in the greater Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area in January of 1994. 

12 years later K & R Land Surveyors was incorporated. Pretty soon, other folks started hearing about this honest, hard working guy who treats his customers with fairness and respect – and the rest is history. Ken is born and raised in Conway and offers his land surveying services throughout Horry County, South Carolina.
